I’ve been looking for a while for the right chocolate for my shop. Something handmade, by a small local company and linked to nature and crafts. And here it is. Coco Pzazz are a small business in Powys, Wales with a focus on sustainability and all their eco-friendly card boxes are illustrated by local artists… and what beautiful boxes they are too! I struggled to choose from all their amazing flavours. There are lots more flavours coming for Christmas, but for now you can choose between Roasted Hazelnut Milk Chocolate and Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate. Both come in beautifully designed, nature-inspired boxes by Cornish artist Jo March.

Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural vanilla), sea salt flakes (0.25%), natural caramel flavouring (<0.1%). Chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.6% minimum & milk solids 20.8% minimum.
