A handbuilt stoneware vase by trained ceramicist and gardener Helen Chuter, made from the imprint of real buttercups and meadow grasses collected on her walks. Helen uses a variety of oxides and stains to highlight the pressed detail, and fires each piece just once for a more natural finish that’s also better for the environment. High-fired to 1240°C, the vase is robust and frost-proof, and can be hand washed or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher.
Measuring H11cm x W12cm at its widest point, with space for flowers of L5cm x W2.5cm. As with all handmade pieces, each one is unique.
