A hand built ceramic trinket dish by trained ceramicist and gardener Helen Chuter, made from the imprints of different real meadow grasses collected on her walks and grown in her garden.
Helen uses a variety of oxides and stains to highlight the pressed detail, and fires each piece just once for a more natural finish that’s also better for the environment. High-fired to 1240°C, the dish is robust and frost-proof, and can be hand washed or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher.
Measuring 12cm in diameter, it’s a lovely little dish for rings, jewellery, or keys by the door. As with all handmade pieces, each one is unique.
