A limited edition, signed A4 print of Hannah’s beautiful ‘Greenhouse’ drawing. I love this print and have it on my bedroom wall. It is a mixed media study of a little boy (her little boy!) trying the door handle of a very enticing-looking greenhouse. You can see the sky and hills reflected in the glass, as well as the condensation inside the greenhouse.
The original drawing was done in pencil, with colour added using watercolour, coloured pencils and a tiny little bit of collage. It was a deeply personal project – a favourite moment with her little boy, drawn gradually over many months, in the evenings. As Hannah says: “I loved watching it slowly emerge, little by little. While I was still drawing this piece, I could keep my little son at 18 months old for just a bit longer.”
There are just 10 of this greenhouse print available.
Size: It is printed on A4 size paper: W210 x H297 mm (8.3 x 11.7 in).
This print looks fantastic framed up and would make a lovely addition to your home. It works really well with this hanging A4 walnut wood magnetic poster frame too.
It will come packaged carefully in a protective envelope to keep it flat for transit.
ABOUT THE PRINTS
Hannah’s prints are made to order in her studio in the Scottish Borders.. Each one is digitally printed on lovely smooth 210gsm archival paper, using special pigment inks to ensure there is no fading over time.
The art prints are all drawn, scanned, printed & hand assembled in her studio. The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world she lives in. She draws in pencil, biro and watercolour (and sometimes collage), filling her sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio. Her work is all about connection: connection with nature, connection with each other.
