This Litha candle was created to celebrate the longest days of summer, inside and out. A lovely, herby blend of lemongrass, petitgrain and sweet basil, grounded with a touch of cedarwood.

Whether it is flickering on the garden table during dinner outside or creating a warm glow on a windowsill, Litha brings the wild warm energy of midsummer into your space.

It is a lovely summery blend with Lemongrass giving it bold, lemony sharpness, mixed with the fresh, woody-green of Petitgrain. Sweet basil is a herbal, slightly spiced touch, and a little bit of Cedarwood grounds it all and gives it warmth and depth.

This candle has been thoughtfully formulated to be more than just a lovely smelling candle too. The lemongrass, basil and cedarwood all carry natural insect-repelling properties, making it a brilliant practical companion for summer evenings in the garden.

Size: 180ml candle. Burn time: 30 hours

Ingredients: A natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax for a clean burn. Vegan friendly, cruelty-free, GMO-free and biodegradable. Scented exclusively with pure essential oils, each candle has an aromatherapy quality, bringing a natural, therapeutic warmth and smell.

How to use: For the best results, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar each time you light the candle, especially on the first few burns. This prevents tunnelling from forming in the centre of the wax and normally needs around four hours of burn time to do that.

Between each burn, trim the wick to 5mm to help your candle last longer and maintain a clean, even flame. Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time and ensure it is never left unattended whilst lit. Keep away from children and pets. When only 1 cm of wax remains, it is time to stop burning it.
