Prairie Life Linocut Print

£75.00

Availability: In stock

This beautiful two-colour linocut illustration by my lovely friend Becca Thorne was created for an editorial in University of Dayton Magazine about Marionist nuns living sustainably and rewilding their patch of Ohio prairie, following a quote from Pope Francis saying that “everything is connected”.

The print features birds, insects and plants native to the Ohio grasslands, including dickcissel, western meadowlark, orange-belted bumblebee, American copper butterfly, Ohio buckeye, sugar maple, marsh marigold, Virginia bluebell and coneflower. It was shortlisted in the Communication Arts Illustration Award 2024. It brings beautiful sunshine to any wall and is a lovely addition to your home.

Size: L33cm x W28.5cm
